B
Buchholz

Buchholz is a tie-break method calculated by looking at the total points scored by the opponents a player has faced.
What Does It Show?
- It reflects whether you have played against stronger opponents.
- It is used to rank players who have the same score.
- It is very common in Swiss-system tournaments.
If a player's Buchholz is high, it can be interpreted that they scored their points against a tougher field.
